Laura is the operational backbone of Rowken Solutions, overseeing day-to-day business functions to ensure timely delivery, regulatory compliance, and top-tier quality. With a background in compliance and over a decade of experience in leadership, policy implementation, and organizational management, Laura brings a level of operational precision and strategic oversight that sets the company apart. Her expertise in navigating complex compliance environments and implementing scalable processes has fueled Rowken’s growth in the engineering and fabrication space. David brings a strong technical foundation and strategic mindset to Rowken Solutions, backed by a Master’s in Engineering Management and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering Technology. He has gaining invaluable experience in a high-stakes environment defined by strict engineering protocols and performance standards. This early foundation laid the groundwork for a successful career spanning more than a decade, during which he has developed complex systems from prototype through production for clients in the military, security, government, and private sectors. David’s unwavering commitment to quality assurance, combined with a tireless work ethic, defines Rowken Solutions.
